letting my soul catch up

of the holiday season.

a permission to pause...

letting the days unfold softly,

hours of languid lounging

with a cup of tea,

a book by my side

maybe a nap tucked in

for good measure.

mostly, this time is about

being fully present in the here and now.

a precious time, indeed.
